I have been exploring healing crystals and stones lately and I am curious to know which stone is the most powerful to wear. I have been going through a tough time both physically and mentally and I am looking for a crystal that can help me feel more balanced and grounded.

I have heard that different stones have different properties and can help with various issues such as anxiety, stress, and pain relief. But with so many options out there, I am not sure which one to choose.

Can anyone recommend a powerful stone that has helped them or someone they know? And what benefits did you experience while wearing it? Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
