I have been dealing with anxiety for quite some time now and I have heard that certain rocks can have a calming effect on the mind and body. I have read about amethyst, rose quartz, and black tourmaline being good for anxiety, but I am not sure which one to choose.

As someone who has suffered from anxiety and depression for several years, I have tried different crystals to find relief. I have found that using lapis lazuli has been very helpful in easing my symptoms.
