Which rock is the best for anxiety?

Hey everyone,

I have been dealing with anxiety for quite some time now and I have heard that certain rocks can have a calming effect on the mind and body. I have read about amethyst, rose quartz, and black tourmaline being good for anxiety, but I am not sure which one to choose.

Can anyone share their personal experience with using rocks for anxiety relief? Which rock has worked the best for you and how did you use it? Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
