Which crystals are recommended for empathic anxiety, providing energetic protection and emotional resilience?

Hello everyone,

I am an empath and I always get anxious being around a lot of people or in certain social situations. It often leads to emotional exhaustion and I end up feeling drained. I have tried various methods to protect myself from absorbing other people's emotions but not much has helped so far. Recently, someone suggested that I should try using crystals to provide energetic protection and emotional resilience. I am new to this and I am not sure which crystals would be best to use for my situation. Can anyone recommend any crystals that are specifically known to help with empathic anxiety? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
