I have been experiencing a lot of anxiety lately and I've been interested in learning more about chakras and how they affect our emotions and well-being. I've heard that certain chakras can be blocked or imbalanced, causing negative effects on our mental health. I was wondering if anyone could tell me which chakra is specifically blocked by anxiety?
