Where to place amethyst on body for anxiety?

Hi everyone! Recently, I've been experiencing anxiety and I'm exploring different holistic remedies to help alleviate my symptoms. I've heard that amethyst can be helpful in reducing anxiety and promoting relaxation. However, I'm not sure where to place it on my body to get the most benefit. Should I wear an amethyst necklace, carry a small amethyst stone in my pocket, or place an amethyst crystal on a specific part of my body?
