What crystals can I use to alleviate anxiety-related insomnia?

Hi everyone,

I have been struggling with anxiety-related insomnia for quite some time now. I find it difficult to fall asleep at night and often wake up feeling tired and anxious. I have tried different methods such as meditation and medication, but nothing seems to work for me.

Recently, I came across the idea of using crystals to alleviate anxiety and help with sleep. I am interested in trying this method, but I am not sure which crystals I should use.
