What crystal stops anxiety?

Hi everyone, I have been struggling with anxiety for a while now and I have heard that crystals can help alleviate the symptoms. I was wondering if anyone knows which crystal is best for stopping anxiety? I have tried some methods like meditation and therapy, but I haven't found a solution that works for me yet. Any advice or personal experiences with using crystals for anxiety would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much in advance!

Hi, I've also been using crystals to manage my anxiety and I have found blue kyanite to be really helpful. It's known for its calming and grounding properties and is said to help with insomnia, overthinking, and anxiety. Whenever I feel anxious, I hold a piece of blue kyanite in my hand and take deep breaths. I find that it helps me feel more serene and less overwhelmed. I also keep a piece of blue kyanite under my pillow, and I've noticed that it's helped me sleep better at night. Of course, everyone's experience with crystals may vary, but blue kyanite has made a positive difference for me.

Lapis lazuli is known as the "stone of truth" and is said to help bring mental clarity and reduce anxiety. Whenever I'm feeling overwhelmed or anxious, I hold onto my lapis lazuli bracelet and take a few deep breaths. It helps me feel more centered and focused. In addition, I've found that keeping a piece of lapis lazuli on my desk at work has helped me stay calm and clear-headed during stressful situations.
