Hello everyone,

I have been struggling with General Anxiety Disorder (GAD) for a while now, and I'm looking for alternative ways to manage my anxiety that don't involve medication. I've heard that crystals can be very helpful in calming the mind and reducing anxiety, but I'm not sure which ones are the best.

Has anyone here used crystals for GAD before? If so, which ones have worked best for you? I would really appreciate any recommendations or personal experiences with using crystals for anxiety.
