Hi everyone,

I've been struggling with anxiety and stress for quite some time now and I'm looking for some natural remedies that can help me stay calm and relaxed. I've heard about the healing powers of crystals and I'm wondering if anyone knows of any crystals that can promote relaxation and calmness for anxiety?

I'm looking for something that I can carry with me throughout the day or use during meditation. Can anyone recommend any specific crystals that have worked for them? I'm open to any suggestions and appreciate any help I can get.
