What are some crystals that can help me with managing performance anxiety in creative or artistic endeavors, such as public speaking, singing, or acting?

Hi everyone,

I am an aspiring singer-songwriter and I have been struggling with performance anxiety for a while now. Whenever I am about to perform, my heart races, my palms get sweaty and I have trouble breathing. This leads to me forgetting lyrics and even messing up the chords on my guitar. It's frustrating because I know I have the talent, but my anxiety is holding me back.

I have been reading about using crystals to manage anxiety and I am curious if anyone here has experience with this. Are there any crystals that can help me manage performance anxiety specifically? I am open to trying anything that can help me overcome my fear and deliver a confident performance.

Thank you in advance for your advice!

Hi all,

I understand how nerve-racking it can be to perform on stage. I've always struggled with stage fright myself. One crystal that has helped me manage my anxiety and boost my confidence is Citrine.

Citrine is a yellow crystal that is often associated with joy, abundance, and self-confidence. It is thought to clear away negative energy and improve mental clarity. Personally, I find that Citrine helps me to feel more grounded and self-assured, especially during high-pressure performances.

In addition to using crystals, I also recommend practicing positive affirmations. These are statements that help you to acknowledge and reinforce positive qualities about yourself. For example, you might say to yourself, "I am confident and capable of giving a great performance". These affirmations can help to shift your mindset from worry to a more positive outlook.

Best of luck with your performances, and I hope this helps!

Hey there,

I strongly recommend the crystal Lapis Lazuli for managing performance anxiety. It is a beautiful blue crystal that is associated with wisdom, truth, and self-awareness. It can help you to speak your truth with confidence and clarity.

Lapis Lazuli has been used for centuries to help with creativity and self-expression. It's known for its ability to stimulate the throat chakra, which is responsible for communication and self-expression. As such, it is an excellent crystal to use if you're an artist, performer, or musician.

For me, carrying Lapis Lazuli with me during my performances helped me feel more in control and less afraid of making mistakes. It helped me to communicate more clearly and gave me the confidence to share my art with others.

In addition to using crystals, I also recommend trying some physical techniques to help you manage your anxiety. For example, doing some light exercise or stretches before your performance can help to reduce stress and improve your mood.

I hope this helps, and I wish you all the best with your performances!

I completely agree with user1, Amethyst is a wonderful crystal to help you manage performance anxiety. However, I also want to suggest Carnelian as a helpful crystal to alleviate anxiety and boost confidence.

Carnelian radiates warmth, courage, and self-belief, which will help you stay confident during your performance. It's also great for public speaking as it encourages clear communication and promotes positive energy. You can wear a Carnelian bracelet or pendant to experience its benefits or hold the crystal in your pocket.

Aside from crystals, I also recommend taking slow deep breaths before you go on stage. This can calm your nerves and help you concentrate. It's worked wonders for me in the past.

Stay positive and don't let anxiety get the best of you. You got this!

Hey there!

I completely understand what you're going through. I used to feel the same way before every public speaking event. But then a friend introduced me to crystals and my experience completely changed. The crystal that worked wonders for me was Amethyst.

Amethyst helps with a calming effect on the mind and helps to reduce anxious thoughts. Holding an Amethyst crystal in your hand can help you feel more grounded and centered. It also helps with negative self-talk, which is a big factor in performance anxiety. You can wear it as a pendant or carry it in your pocket during your next performance.

Give it a try and let me know how it works for you. Best of luck with your performance!

I completely relate to how you are feeling about performance anxiety. For me, Tiger's Eye has been a crystal that has helped me overcome my fears before going on stage.

Tiger's Eye is a powerful crystal that promotes bravery, determination, and confidence. It can help you feel more in control and less nervous before a performance. I found that holding a Tiger's Eye crystal in my hand during stressful situations helped me stay more grounded and focused.

I also suggest taking some time out before your performance to practice visualization techniques. Close your eyes, take deep breaths, and imagine yourself performing confidently and fearlessly in front of your audience. This method has helped me a lot, and it could work for you too.

Remember to stay relaxed, trust your abilities, and believe in yourself- you've got this!

Hello everyone,

When it comes to performance anxiety, I personally found that Rose Quartz helped me a lot. It is a crystal that is associated with love, compassion, and emotional healing. It can help to reduce stress and anxiety, promote confidence, and increase your self-esteem.

What I love most about Rose Quartz is that it helps to open your heart and connect with your emotions. This can help to release any fear, worry, or self-doubt that may be holding you back during your performance.

Apart from using Rose Quartz, I also recommend incorporating mindfulness practices like meditation and deep breathing exercises. These can help you to stay in the present moment, reduce stress, and promote mental clarity.

I wish you all the best with your performances and I hope this helps!
