I hope you're all doing well. I have been struggling with anxiety related to perfectionism and self-imposed pressure for quite some time now. I tend to be very hard on myself and put a lot of pressure on myself to be perfect, which often leads to feelings of overwhelm and intense anxiety.

I recently discovered the world of crystals and their potential for healing and I was wondering if anyone here might have some suggestions for crystals that can help me manage my anxiety and promote self-acceptance, self-compassion, and letting go of perfectionistic tendencies.
