What are some crystals that can help me with managing anxiety related to change or transitions in life, such as moving, starting a new job, or ending a relationship?

Hi everyone,

I am going through a major life transition as I am getting ready to move to a new city, start a new job, and leave behind a long-term relationship. As you can imagine, this is causing me a lot of anxiety and stress. I've heard that crystals can help with managing anxiety, but I'm not sure which ones to use specifically for managing anxiety related to change or transitions in life.

Can anyone recommend any crystals that have helped them in similar situations? I would greatly appreciate any advice or personal experiences you can share. Thank you so much in advance!

I understand how overwhelming transitions and changes can be. Like many of the others who have responded, I also found solace in the use of crystals during a major life transition, specifically during my recovery from a painful breakup.

One stone that particularly resonated with me was rose quartz. This is a crystal I’ve always been drawn to for its gentle and soothing energy, particularly when it comes to matters of love and emotional healing. For me, carrying rose quartz helped me to feel more grounded and centered in the present moment, as well as feel more hopeful about the future.

Another crystal I found particularly helpful during this time was hematite. Hematite has a grounding and protective energy which (for me, anyway) helped to alleviate feelings of anxiety and insecurity. Whenever I was feeling particularly nervous or low, holding or wearing hematite helped to bring me a sense of calm and safety.

I have also faced the challenge of managing anxiety in times of change and transition. Personally, I found that using blue lace agate helped me greatly. It has a soothing and calming energy that helps to ease anxiety and stress. Whenever I felt overwhelmed, I would hold onto a piece of blue lace agate and place it on my throat chakra - this helped me to communicate my emotions more effectively, which in turn helped with my anxiety.

Another crystal that worked for me was amazonite. It has a calming energy and helps to balance emotions as well. I found it extremely helpful in times of change, when I was feeling uncertain and anxious about what the future held. Amazonite helped me to view change in a more positive way and embrace it as a necessary aspect of growth.
