I have been struggling with anxiety lately and feel like a big part of it is because I have a hard time letting go of control and surrendering to the present moment. I am always worrying about the future and what may or may not happen. I have been trying meditation and other self-care practices, but I was wondering if anyone had any experience or knowledge about using crystals for this purpose? Are there any specific crystals that can help me with letting go of control and surrendering to the present moment to reduce my anxiety about the future? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
