I have been struggling with sleeplessness and anxiety for quite some time now, and I have been seeking natural remedies to help me sleep better at night. I recently came across some information about crystals that supposedly have healing properties that can assist with promoting healthy sleep patterns and reducing anxiety associated with insomnia or sleep disorders.

I am very interested in trying this out and incorporating crystals into my nighttime routine but I am not sure where to start. I was wondering if anyone here has any experience with using crystals for sleep and anxiety and could recommend a few that work well for them?
