I have been struggling with anxiety related to absorbing negative energies from others or the environment. I work in a toxic workplace where people always seem to be in a bad mood and complaining about something. I feel like I absorb all this negative energy, which then affects my mood and leaves me feeling drained and anxious.

I have been doing some research and came across crystals that can assist with promoting a sense of protection and energetic shielding.
