I have been struggling with anxiety for a while now and have been looking for natural remedies to calm my nerves. I recently came across Opal and heard that it has some properties that can help with anxiety. I wanted to know if anyone here has tried using Opal for anxiety and if it really works.

I wanted to share my experience with Opal for anxiety as well. I have been dealing with panic attacks and anxiety for years, and I'm always on the lookout for ways to alleviate my symptoms. A friend of mine suggested using Opal, and I decided to give it a shot.
I purchased an Opal ring and started wearing it daily. I do think that it has helped to some extent in keeping my anxiety levels in check. However, I didn't notice any drastic changes in my symptoms.
What I did find helpful was using the Opal in combination with other natural remedies, like meditation and deep breathing exercises. I found that wearing the ring while meditating helped me to stay focused and grounded.
In terms of the type of Opal, I went with a black Opal which is supposed to have grounding properties. However, as others have said, it's really up to individual preference.
