Is blue lace agate calming?

I am new to the world of healing crystals and I recently came across blue lace agate. I have been struggling with anxiety for a while now and I read that some crystals can help with calming the mind. I am wondering if blue lace agate is one of these calming crystals? I have also read that it can help with communication and confidence, which are areas that I could use some improvement in as well.
