I have been struggling with anxiety for some time now and have been looking for natural ways to manage it. I have heard a lot about the herb Ashwagandha and its potential benefits for anxiety. I am curious if anyone has tried it and if it has helped with their anxiety symptoms.

I tried taking Ashwagandha for my anxiety, but unfortunately, it didn't work for me. I took it in capsule form as part of my daily supplement routine but didn't notice any significant changes in my anxiety symptoms after several weeks.
