I'm looking for crystals that can help me with managing anxiety related to social situations, such as parties, gatherings, or networking events. Any recommendations?

Hey everyone,

I'm new to the crystal healing scene and I'm looking for some guidance with regards to managing anxiety related to social situations. As an introvert, I find it extremely difficult to attend parties, gatherings, or networking events. I get extremely anxious and uncomfortable around people and feel like I'm being constantly judged. I've tried various relaxation techniques and medications, but nothing seems to work for me.

That's when I came across crystals and their healing properties. I was hoping that someone here could recommend some crystals that can help me cope with my social anxiety. I'm open to trying anything that can provide me with some relief and help me feel more comfortable in social situations.

I've also experienced social anxiety in the past and have found crystals to be incredibly helpful. One crystal that has been particularly useful for me is Hematite.

Hematite is a dark gray metallic stone that is said to help absorb negative energy and promote grounding and balance. When I'm feeling nervous or anxious in a social situation, I like to hold a piece of Hematite in my hand. Its grounding energy helps me feel more centered and connected to the present moment, which in turn eases my anxiety.

I've been dealing with social anxiety for years and have found a lot of comfort with crystals. Two crystals that I found really helpful for easing my anxiety are Lepidolite and Citrine.
