I spend most of my day in front of my computer, scrolling through social media, and even when I'm off work, I find myself reaching for my phone every few minutes. This has led to increased levels of anxiety and stress, and I'm trying to find ways to manage it. I've recently heard about the benefits of using crystals for promoting mindfulness, balance, and healthy boundaries with technology.
