Hi all,

I've been really struggling with anxiety and panic attacks lately and I'm interested in trying out some crystals that could potentially help me ground and stabilize during these intense moments. I often feel like I'm spiraling out of control and it would be great to have something to rely on that could bring me back to the present moment.

I'm not very familiar with crystals, so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
