I struggle with anxiety related to past traumas or experiences. Are there any crystals that can assist with promoting emotional healing and releasing of past wounds?

I have been dealing with anxiety for a while now, and I believe it is linked to past traumas and experiences that I have not been able to fully process and let go of. I have tried therapy and medication, but I am also interested in exploring alternative healing methods such as crystal therapy.
