I have been struggling with anxiety related to overthinking and excessive worry for quite some time now. My mind is constantly racing and I am finding it hard to quiet my thoughts. I have tried various relaxation techniques, but I am still finding it hard to find a sense of calmness and mental clarity.

I have been reading up on the healing properties of crystals and was wondering if anyone has any experience using them to help with anxiety and promoting a sense of calmness. Are there any crystals that you recommend? I am open to trying anything that can help me find some peace of mind.

When I feel overwhelmed by my racing thoughts, I hold a black tourmaline in my hand, visualize my worries and negative emotions all leaving my body and going into the crystal, then take deep breaths to calm myself down. I also keep a black tourmaline near my bed or workspace to help keep me grounded throughout the day.
