How do crystals help mental health?

I have been feeling really anxious lately and someone suggested to me that I try using crystals to help with my mental health. I have heard about crystals before but I don't really know how they work or how they can help with mental health. So, can someone please explain to me how crystals help with mental health? Have any of you guys used crystals before and seen any positive results? Any advice would be appreciated! Thank you.

I have used crystals for mental health and found them to be extremely helpful. I use a black onyx crystal necklace for grounding and protection, and a citrine crystal for energy and motivation. Whenever I'm feeling down or stressed, I hold these crystals in my hand and meditate.

I've noticed that doing this helps me to feel more relaxed and encourages positive thinking. If I'm feeling especially anxious or stressed, I'll use lavender essential oil with my crystals for added relaxation.

Using crystals has definitely become a part of my daily self-care routine, and I believe it has helped me to manage my mental health more effectively. However, everyone is different, and what works for one person may not work for someone else, so it's important to keep an open mind and go with what feels right for you.

I suffer from depression and have been on medication for it, but I wanted to try something more natural to supplement it. I use a combination of citrine, clear quartz and selenite crystals for positive energy and release of negativity.
