Has anyone used crystals to manage test anxiety or exam stress? If so, which crystals were helpful?

As exam season is approaching, I'm feeling quite anxious and stressed about the upcoming tests. I've been looking into alternative ways to manage my anxiety and I came across crystals as a potential solution.

I have never used crystals before, but I've heard that they can have some powerful calming properties. I was wondering if anyone on this forum has used crystals to manage test anxiety or exam stress before? If so, which crystals did you find to be helpful?

I'm open to trying different crystals and any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

I am someone who has also used crystals to manage exam stress and anxiety, and I found that using black tourmaline was very effective for me. It's a powerful grounding stone that helps to absorb negative energy and promote a sense of calm.

I would carry a small black tourmaline with me in my pocket or bra (if applicable) during exams. It helped to soothe my racing thoughts and jitters, as well as ease any physical symptoms I was experiencing, like sweaty palms or an upset stomach.

I also found labradorite to be helpful in enhancing mental clarity and focus. I would hold a labradorite in each hand during meditation or while studying to help me feel more centered and present.

I'm also someone who has used crystals to manage my test anxiety and exam stress. My go-to crystal is blue lace agate. It's a beautiful light blue crystal that has a very calming energy when held against your skin.

What worked for me was carrying a small blue lace agate stone in my pocket and holding it anytime I felt anxious or stressed. I also found that wearing a blue lace agate bracelet or necklace helped me to feel calm and centered.

Additionally, I found tiger's eye to be helpful for grounding and promoting concentration during exams. I would meditate with it before I took my test to calm my mind and help me focus.

Like many of you, I too have used crystals to manage exam stress and anxiety. I found that citrine was particularly helpful for me. Citrine is known for its ability to promote self-confidence, motivation and creativity, and it also has an uplifting energy.

I would keep a small piece of citrine in my pocket during exams, and found that it helped to ease my nerves and boost my confidence. I would also wear it as a necklace or bracelet during study sessions, as it helped me to stay more focused and motivated.

In addition to citrine, I also found clear quartz to be helpful in enhancing mental clarity and focus. Whenever I felt my thoughts becoming scattered, I would hold a clear quartz in my hand and visualise my thoughts becoming more focused and clear.

I have used crystals to manage my test anxiety before and I found it to be quite helpful. I used to get really nervous before exams and my mind would go blank, but after using crystals, I felt much more centered and focused.

The crystal that worked best for me was amethyst. I would carry a small amethyst stone with me to exams and just hold it in my hand whenever I started feeling anxious. It helped me to remain calm and focused throughout the exam.

In addition to amethyst, I also found rose quartz to be helpful in managing my overall stress levels. I would keep a rose quartz crystal on my desk while studying and it would help me feel more relaxed and grounded.
