As exam season is approaching, I'm feeling quite anxious and stressed about the upcoming tests. I've been looking into alternative ways to manage my anxiety and I came across crystals as a potential solution.
I have never used crystals before, but I've heard that they can have some powerful calming properties. I was wondering if anyone on this forum has used crystals to manage test anxiety or exam stress before? If so, which crystals did you find to be helpful?
