Q:

Has anyone used crystals for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or trauma-related anxiety? What crystals did you find beneficial?

Hi everyone,

I am looking for some natural remedies to help manage my post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and trauma-related anxiety. I have tried a lot of different things, but so far nothing seems to be really helping.

I recently read some articles about the use of crystals in healing and management of PTSD and anxiety, and I'm wondering if anyone has had any experience with this. I'm curious to know what crystals you found to be beneficial and how you used them.

Thank you in advance for any insight or advice you can offer!

Hi,

I have used crystals to help manage my PTSD and anxiety, and I found it to be a really great tool in my healing journey. The crystal that resonated with me the most was amethyst. I found it to be really calming and soothing, and when I held it in my hand during moments of heightened anxiety, it helped me to relax and ground myself.

I also found that rose quartz was helpful in opening up my heart chakra and allowing myself to feel and process my emotions in a healthy way. I would hold it over my heart during meditation and visualization exercises.

Lastly, black tourmaline was helpful in protecting my energy and providing a sense of safety and security. I would keep a piece of it in my pocket or wear it as a piece of jewelry.

Of course, everyone's experience with crystals is different, but I hope this helps!

Hi everyone!

I've been practicing alternative healing for a while now to help me manage my PTSD, and I can attest to the power of crystals in this endeavor. I have used crystals on and off for a couple of years and have benefited from using several of them.

One of the crystals that helped me more than any other was Hematite. It was an excellent grounding stone for me and helped me feel more grounded and centered. I would hold it in my hand whenever I felt my anxiety level skyrocketing, and I found that it helped me to stay calm and focused.

Another crystal that worked for me was Aventurine. It's the stone of opportunity and tends to have a calming effect on the mind and body. Whenever I needed some inner peace or a surge of self-confidence, I would hold it in my hand. It gave me the courage to express myself and the power to hold myself accountable for my healing journey.

Lastly, I found that Citrine was useful in helping me overcome fear and anxiety associated with reliving traumatic memories. Whenever I was dealing with PTSD, I wore the stone as a bracelet, and it reminded me that the darkness and the light in me are both part of my unique story.

In conclusion, I would recommend crystal healing to anyone dealing with PTSD and anxiety. It's important to remember that it's not a quick fix, but with persistence and patience, the benefits are often invaluable.

Hello everyone,

I also struggled with PTSD and anxiety, and like many here, I turned to natural remedies to help me cope. I have found Blue Lace Agate to be quite useful in my healing journey. I use it as a talisman and wear it as a necklace. The gentle energy of the stone calms me down and helps me sleep better.

Another crystal that I found beneficial was Malachite, which I often hold in my hand when meditating. It helps me to release negative emotions and find inner tranquility. When using this stone, I found I could control intrusive thoughts better and became more focused.

Lastly, I also found Carnelian quite helpful in my healing process. I would hold it in my hand whenever I experienced a panic attack, and the warmth of the stone reduced my anxiety. It’s a great crystal to carry around since it's small enough to fit in my pocket, and I can carry it around all day as a reminder that I'm not alone.

In conclusion, using healing crystals was a game-changer for me, and I hope that by sharing my experience, someone might find a crystal that speaks to them.

Hi all,

I've been struggling with PTSD for almost a decade now, and recently, I've decided to try alternative healing methods like crystals. After some research and personal experimentation, I found that different crystals help me with different aspects of my PTSD.

One of the crystals that I've found helpful was Smoky Quartz, which helped me connect with my instincts and automatically responded to bad memories with a sense of calmness. It helped me to ground myself and remain present in the moment, which is a critical aspect of managing PTSD.

Another crystal that I used to help with my intense emotional outbursts was Citrine. It helped me release negative emotions while empowering me to work towards healing myself. When using Citrine, I felt calmer and more optimistic about my future.

Lastly, I found that Black Obsidian, a volcanic glass, was useful in offering protection from physical and emotional harm, reminding me that I was safe, and removing any obstacles on my path towards healing. Black Obsidian helped me remain disciplined and resilient as I worked through my PTSD.

Overall, crystals, as with any other form of treatment, are subjective and may take time to determine what stones are beneficial to each individual. However, I firmly believe they can help, and it doesn't hurt to give them a try.

Hello there,

I can completely relate to the struggle of managing PTSD and anxiety. A year ago, I was diagnosed with these two conditions, and it's been a long journey. One of the alternative ways I found helpful was the usage of crystals. The crystal that I found the most beneficial was Lepidolite.

Whenever I had trouble sleeping or feeling overwhelmed, I held the Lepidolite in my right hand, and the calming sensations in my body slowly unwound the tension in my muscles. It helped me regain my focus and composure.

I also found that Clear Quartz can help in grounding my energy, allowing me to focus on my surroundings more than anything else. Meditating with it helped me balance my emotions and redirect my thoughts, allowing me to process my emotions in a safe way.

Lastly, I experimented with Black Onyx to help me stabilize my emotions as I learned more effective coping skills in therapy. The effect of Black Onyx wasn't as instantaneous as some of the crystals I used, but over time, I found that it helped me build my determination and resilience to face stressful situations.

Overall, crystals can be a fantastic tool in healing and coping with mental health conditions. However, it is essential to keep in mind that everyone's experience with them is different, and it takes patience and consistency to find the ones that work for you.

Hello there!

I have experienced post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) for several years now, and during my journey to healing, I discovered the magic of using crystals. Among the many crystals I tried, Selenite proved to be the most beneficial for me.

Selenite is unique since it doesn't necessarily have to be held to experience its benefits. I place it around my home and office, and the white light it emanates helps to dispel any negative energy, drawing in positivity and peace.

Another crystal I found helpful was Labradorite, which helped me strengthen my rational mind and overcome my fears. Whenever I was triggered into reliving my painful memories, holding onto Labradorite helped me focus on the present moment and reignited my passion for living.

The last crystal that helped me during my recovery journey was Aquamarine. I found this gem helpful in letting go of emotional attachment to the past and moving forward with hope and courage. It helped me channel my innermost feelings without feeling overwhelmed.

Overall, using crystals is a personal journey, and what works for one person may not work for another. However, there's no doubt that there are benefits to using them, and I hope someone can benefit from my experience.
