Has anyone used crystals for managing anxiety related to social media, technology, or information overload? If so, which crystals were effective?

I have been struggling with anxiety related to social media, technology, and information overload lately. It seems like there is always something new to learn, someone to compare my life to, and a never-ending stream of notifications on my phone. I've tried different ways to manage my anxiety such as meditation and limiting my screen time but it hasn't been very effective.

I came across the idea of using crystals to manage anxiety, and I'm curious if anyone has tried this specifically for anxiety related to social media, technology, or information overload. If so, which crystals were effective for you? I'm open to trying something new and would appreciate any insights or experiences you have to share. Thank you!
