Has anyone used crystals for managing anxiety related to social media or technology overload? If so, which crystals were effective in grounding and balancing energies?

I've recently been feeling overwhelmed by the constant stimulation of social media and technology. It's been causing me a lot of anxiety and I've been looking into alternative ways to manage it. I've heard about using crystals for grounding and balancing energies, but I'm not sure which ones would be most effective for my situation.

Has anyone else had success with using crystals for managing anxiety related to social media or technology overload? If so, which crystals did you find to be most helpful in providing relief and promoting a sense of calm? I would love to hear about your experiences and any recommendations you may have.
