Has anyone used crystals for managing anxiety related to public events or gatherings that involve a large number of people, such as festivals, concerts, or conferences? If so, which crystals were helpful in promoting a sense of calmness and grounding?

I am someone who struggles with anxiety, especially in social situations with large crowds. I find myself feeling overwhelmed, anxious, and disconnected from the present moment. I have been exploring different holistic approaches to help manage my anxiety and I came across the idea of using crystals.

I have heard that certain crystals can help promote a sense of calmness and grounding in these types of situations. I am wondering if anyone has had any experience using crystals for managing anxiety related to public events or gatherings, such as festivals, concerts, or conferences.

As someone who experiences anxiety often, I have found that crystals can be powerful tools in managing anxiety, particularly in social situations where I am surrounded by people. One crystal that has worked wonders for me is Aquamarine. It's soothing energy helps one to remain calm and composed in situations where anxiety can be especially challenging. I keep a piece of Aquamarine in my pocket or wear it as jewelry when I know I'll be in a crowd.

Another crystal that I've found to be beneficial for managing anxiety is Amazonite. It's a gentle, calming stone that helps one to see different perspectives and communicate effectively in high-pressure environments.
