Q:

Has anyone used crystals for managing anxiety related to phobias or fears, such as fear of heights, spiders, or flying? If so, which crystals were effective in promoting courage and calmness?

Hi everyone,

I have been struggling with anxiety related to my fear of flying for years now. Whenever I think about getting on a plane or even just seeing one in the sky, my heart starts racing and I feel an overwhelming sense of fear and panic. I have tried various therapies and medications, but nothing seems to work for me.

Recently, I came across the idea of using crystals to manage anxiety related to fears and phobias. I am really interested in trying this out and was wondering if anyone here has had any success with this approach.

Specifically, I am looking for recommendations on crystals that promote courage and calmness, and can help me overcome my fear of flying. I am also interested in hearing about any experiences people have had using crystals to manage other phobias or fears, such as fear of heights or spiders.

Any advice or personal anecdotes would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hello,

I have used crystals to manage my anxiety related to public speaking, which has always been a major source of stress for me. While it may not be a phobia or fear in the traditional sense, it can still be really challenging to deal with.

One crystal that I have found to be really useful is blue lace agate. This crystal is believed to promote clear communication and can help to soothe anxiety related to speaking in public. Whenever I have a public speaking engagement, I like to wear a blue lace agate necklace, and I find that it helps me to speak more confidently and clearly.

Another crystal that I have had success using is lapis lazuli. This crystal is believed to promote wisdom and stimulate the intellect, which can be helpful when dealing with anxiety related to speaking in front of others. I like to carry a lapis lazuli crystal in my pocket when I am preparing for a public speaking engagement, and I find that it helps me to feel more focused and prepared.

Finally, I have found that black onyx can be helpful for managing the physical symptoms of anxiety, like racing heart rate and sweaty palms. This crystal is believed to promote strength and endurance, which can help you stay calm and confident even when you are feeling anxious. I like to wear a black onyx bracelet when I am speaking in public, and I find that it helps me to stay centered and composed.

Overall, I would definitely recommend giving crystals a try if you are struggling with anxiety related to public speaking. They can be a great tool for managing your anxiety and feeling more confident and in control.

Hi there,

I can definitely relate to your fear of flying, as I have struggled with the same issue for many years. Recently, I discovered the power of crystals and have had a lot of success using them to manage my anxiety related to flying.

One crystal that I found particularly effective is amethyst. It is known for its calming properties and can help to soothe feelings of fear and anxiety. I like to hold an amethyst crystal in my hand during takeoff and landing, and I find that it helps me feel more grounded and less anxious.

Another crystal that I have used with success is black tourmaline. This crystal is said to help protect against negative energy and can help create a sense of safety and security. I wear a black tourmaline necklace when I fly and find that it helps to ease my nervousness.

In addition to these two crystals, I have also found rose quartz to be helpful for managing anxiety related to other phobias, such as fear of heights. This crystal is associated with love and compassion, and can help to promote a sense of inner peace.

Of course, everyone is different, and what works for me may not work for you. But I hope that my experience can be helpful to you as you explore the world of crystal healing. Good luck!
