I am an avid sports enthusiast and participate in various physical activities including running, swimming, and cycling. However, lately, I have been experiencing high levels of anxiety related to my performance in these activities. Sometimes, I find it hard to focus, and other times I feel nervous before the start of a competition.
I have done some research and found that crystals can help in reducing anxiety and promoting focus and confidence. However, I am not sure which crystals would be effective in helping me manage my anxiety related to physical activities.
Have any of you used crystals for managing anxiety related to performance in sports or physical activities? If so, can you please share which crystals were effective in promoting focus and confidence?

I have tried using crystals to manage my anxiety related to performance in sports, and I've found them to be quite effective. One crystal that has worked really well for me is red jasper. I carry a small piece with me before and during competitions, and it helps me stay calm, focused, and confident.
Another crystal that worked well for me is hematite. It helped me to ground myself and focus on the task at hand. I found that I was able to perform better and with greater ease when I had a piece of hematite with me.
