I have been struggling with anxiety for quite some time now, and I have come to realize that it stems from past traumas and emotional wounds that I have experienced. While therapy has been helpful, I am also interested in exploring alternative methods to manage my anxiety and promote emotional healing.
I have heard about using crystals to support emotional healing and help release past pain. However, I am new to this practice and wanted to hear from others who have tried using crystals for anxiety related to past traumas or emotional wounds.

I have personally used crystals for managing anxiety related to past traumas and emotional wounds, and I have found them to be very effective.
One crystal that has been particularly helpful for me is amethyst. It is known to promote emotional healing and help release past pain, and I have found it very calming when I am feeling anxious. I usually carry a piece of amethyst with me in my pocket or wear it as a necklace.
Rose quartz has also been helpful for me in promoting self-love and self-care, which I have found helpful in my journey towards emotional recovery. I like to use it during meditation or place it on my heart chakra during times of stress.
Finally, black tourmaline has been great for grounding and protecting my energy. It has helped me feel more centered and less affected by triggers from past traumas.
