Q:

Has anyone used crystals for managing anxiety related to past traumas or emotional wounds? If so, which crystals were effective in promoting emotional healing, releasing past pain, and supporting the journey towards emotional recovery?

Hi everyone,

I have been struggling with anxiety for quite some time now, and I have come to realize that it stems from past traumas and emotional wounds that I have experienced. While therapy has been helpful, I am also interested in exploring alternative methods to manage my anxiety and promote emotional healing.

I have heard about using crystals to support emotional healing and help release past pain. However, I am new to this practice and wanted to hear from others who have tried using crystals for anxiety related to past traumas or emotional wounds.

If you have used crystals, which ones have you found to be effective in promoting emotional healing and supporting the journey towards emotional recovery? I would greatly appreciate any advice or suggestions you may have.

Thank you in advance!

Hello,

I have personally used crystals for managing anxiety related to past traumas and emotional wounds, and I have found them to be very effective.

One crystal that has been particularly helpful for me is amethyst. It is known to promote emotional healing and help release past pain, and I have found it very calming when I am feeling anxious. I usually carry a piece of amethyst with me in my pocket or wear it as a necklace.

Rose quartz has also been helpful for me in promoting self-love and self-care, which I have found helpful in my journey towards emotional recovery. I like to use it during meditation or place it on my heart chakra during times of stress.

Finally, black tourmaline has been great for grounding and protecting my energy. It has helped me feel more centered and less affected by triggers from past traumas.

Overall, I have found using crystals to be a helpful tool in managing my anxiety and supporting my emotional healing. However, it is important to note that while crystals can be supportive, they should not be used as a replacement for professional therapy or medical treatment.

Hi there!

I've also used crystals for managing anxiety related to past traumas and emotional wounds, and I find them to be a helpful tool in conjunction with therapy and self-care practices. One crystal that has been especially beneficial for me is black tourmaline. This has really helped me with grounding and protecting my energy in stressful situations, and I find it especially helpful when I'm dealing with triggers related to past trauma.

I've also found that blue apatite is useful for supporting emotional healing and releasing past pain. It's been known to promote feelings of peace and tranquility, which has been helpful in managing my anxiety related to past traumas. When I'm feeling particularly anxious, holding a piece of blue apatite in my hand has helped me to feel more grounded and centered.

Another crystal that I've found helpful is malachite. This stone is known to balance emotions and help release negative energy. I've found that using malachite during meditation or placing it on my heart chakra during times of stress has been helpful in promoting emotional healing and recovery.

Of course, it's important to remember that everyone's experience with crystals will be different, and they should never be used as a replacement for professional therapy or medical treatment. However, incorporating crystals into your self-care routine can be a helpful tool for managing anxiety related to past traumas and emotional wounds.
