I have been struggling with anxiety related to my chronic health condition for a long time now. It has been a challenging journey, and I am looking for alternative ways to manage my emotions and promote healing. I have been reading about the benefits of using crystals for anxiety relief and emotional support, and I wanted to know if anyone here has used them before.
