Has anyone used crystals for managing anxiety related to body image or self-esteem issues? If so, which crystals were effective in promoting self-love, acceptance, and body positivity?

Hi everyone,

I have been struggling with anxiety related to my body image and self-esteem issues for quite some time now. I have tried various therapies and techniques, but nothing seems to be working for me. I have been researching on natural remedies and came across healing crystals that can supposedly help with managing anxiety and promoting self-love and acceptance.

I am interested in trying out crystals to see if they have any positive impact on my mental health. However, I am unsure which crystal would be most effective in promoting body positivity and self-love. I would appreciate it if anyone who has experience with using crystals for similar issues could share their knowledge and suggest some effective crystals.
