Has anyone used crystals for managing anxiety related to academic exams or tests? If so, which crystals were effective?

Hi everyone,

I am a college student and I often experience severe anxiety when it comes to taking exams or tests. I have tried various methods to cope with my anxiety, but nothing seems to work effectively. Recently, I came across the concept of using crystals for managing anxiety and I am intrigued.

I am wondering if anyone has tried using crystals specifically for exam or test anxiety and if they have found any success. If so, which crystals were you using and how did you use them? I am open to any suggestions or advice on this topic.

I have also used crystals to manage my anxiety during exams and tests, and I found it to be quite helpful. The crystal that worked best for me was citrine.

I used citrine during both studying and the actual exam. It is believed to bring positivity and energy. I would hold citrine in my palm while studying, and I would also hold it during the exam to help me feel more confident.

In addition to citrine, I also found that visualization techniques and positive affirmations helped calm my nerves before and during the exam.

I encourage everyone to try using crystals for anxiety, as well as experimenting with other techniques to find what works best for you.

I would hold the black tourmaline during study sessions, as it is known to absorb negative energy, and then carry rose quartz in my pocket during the exam. Rose quartz is said to promote love and positive energy, which helped me feel more confident and at ease during the exam.
