Has anyone used crystals for anxiety relief? What were your experiences?

I'm new to crystals and have been hearing a lot about their healing properties. Recently, I've been struggling with anxiety and have been looking for natural ways to cope with it. I read somewhere that certain crystals can help with anxiety relief, but I'm not sure if there's any truth to it.

Has anyone tried using crystals for anxiety relief before? If so, what were your experiences like? Did you notice any changes in your mood or anxiety levels after using them?
