Does amethyst stone help with anxiety?

Hi everyone, I was researching natural remedies for anxiety and stumbled upon amethyst stones. I've always been interested in crystal healing, but I'm not sure if it actually works. Can anyone tell me if amethyst stone can really help with anxiety? Has anyone tried it before and noticed any difference? Also, are there any specific methods or techniques to use the amethyst stone for anxiety? Would appreciate any insights or personal experiences. Thank you!

Hello everyone, I have been using amethyst stones for quite some time now and I must say it has helped me a lot in dealing with anxiety. It's true that crystal healing may not work for everyone, but it has certainly worked for me. I started using amethyst stone when I was struggling with panic attacks and I would carry it with me wherever I went. I would hold it in my hand and practice deep breathing whenever I felt anxious. Over time, I found that it helped me to calm down and feel more centered. I also began sleeping with the stone under my pillow and found that it greatly improved the quality of my sleep. Overall, I think it's definitely worth trying out if you're struggling with anxiety.
