Can crystals help with symptoms of social anxiety, such as blushing or sweating?

Hi everyone,

I have been dealing with social anxiety for quite some time now and it's been really difficult for me to manage it. Whenever I am in social situations, I start blushing and sweating which makes me feel embarrassed and conscious about myself. I have tried many methods to cope with social anxiety, including therapy and medication, but haven't seen much success.

Recently, I came across some information about crystals and their supposed healing properties. I read that certain crystals can help with anxiety and stress, and I am curious to know if they can also help with the physical symptoms of social anxiety, such as blushing and sweating.
