Are there any crystals that can support me in overcoming perfectionism and reducing anxiety associated with striving for perfection?

Hi everyone,

I hope you're all doing well. I've been struggling with perfectionism and the intense anxiety that comes with it for as long as I can remember. I constantly feel like I need to do everything perfectly and can't accept anything less than perfect from myself. It's starting to take a toll on my mental health, and I'm looking for some ways to cope with this.

I've heard that crystals can be helpful in providing support and promoting balance and peace of mind. I was wondering if anyone knows of any specific crystals that can help me overcome my perfectionism and reduce the anxiety associated with striving for perfection?
