I suffer from panic attacks quite frequently, and it has started to affect my daily life. I have tried several methods to cope with it, but nothing seems to be working effectively. Recently, I came across the concept of using crystals for healing purposes, and I was wondering if anyone has any experience or knowledge on this topic.

Are there any crystals that can help with panic attacks or sudden anxiety episodes? If so, which ones should I look into? Also, what is the best way to use crystals for this purpose?

I have found that keeping a piece of hematite on me has been helpful in managing my anxiety. Hematite is known for its grounding properties and can help balance emotions. Whenever I feel overwhelmed with anxiety or panic, I hold the hematite in my hand and take deep breaths. I find that this helps to bring me back to the present moment and calm me down.

Another crystal that I have found effective is clear quartz. It has a purifying energy and can help release negative energy and emotions. I like to hold a clear quartz crystal in my hand during meditation and envision it clearing out any anxious or fearful thoughts from my mind.
