Are there any crystals that can help me with grounding and centering during times of heightened anxiety?

Hi everyone,

Lately, I have been experiencing a lot of anxiety and it has been quite overwhelming. I have tried various techniques to help myself calm down, but unfortunately, they don't seem to be working. I then heard about crystals that can help with grounding and centering during times of anxiety.

I was wondering if any of you have experience using crystals to help with anxiety and if you could recommend any specific ones for grounding and centering. I'm interested in learning more about them and would appreciate any advice or insight you might have.
