I am dealing with a lot of anxiety these days, especially when I'm faced with situations that require me to wait and anticipate an outcome. It could be waiting for a job interview result, waiting for a medical test, or even waiting for someone's response to a message. The waiting and uncertainty make me feel restless, and my mind starts racing with worst-case scenarios.
