Hi everyone,
I've been struggling with anxiety for a while now, and I find that most of my worries are related to the past or the future. I often find myself ruminating about things that have already happened, and I get anxious about things that might happen in the future. I've been working on mindfulness and present moment awareness, but I'm wondering if there are any crystals that can help me with this. I've heard that certain crystals have properties that can promote a sense of calm and presence, which I think would be really helpful for managing my anxiety.
Has anyone had any experience with crystals for mindfulness and present moment awareness? Which crystals do you recommend, and how do you use them? I'm open to trying anything that might help me manage my anxiety, so any suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello,
I have also struggled with anxiety related to worries about the past and future, and I agree that incorporating crystals into mindfulness practices can be an effective tool for managing these feelings.
One crystal that I have found to be particularly helpful is black tourmaline. This stone is known for its grounding and protective properties, which can be helpful in managing anxiety related to past traumas or future worries. I like to carry a black tourmaline stone in my pocket or wear it as jewelry to ensure that I am protected from negative energy and distractions throughout the day.
Another crystal that has been helpful for me is blue lace agate. This pale blue stone is said to promote tranquility and calmness, which can be beneficial when dealing with anxiety. I like to hold a blue lace agate stone in my hand when I am meditating or practicing deep breathing, and I find that it helps me to focus on the present moment and tune out distracting thoughts.
It's important to remember that while crystals can be a helpful tool in managing anxiety, they are not a substitute for professional help and support. If you are struggling with anxiety, it's important to seek out resources like therapy or support groups to address the root causes of your anxiety and develop coping strategies.
