Are there any crystals that can assist with promoting a sense of grounding and stability, which can be beneficial for managing anxiety related to feeling ungrounded, scattered, or disconnected from reality?

Hi everyone,

I've been struggling with anxiety for some time now, and I've noticed that a big source of my anxiety is feeling ungrounded, scattered, and disconnected from reality. It's like I'm floating through life and nothing feels quite real or solid enough to hold onto. I've heard that there are crystals that can help with this sense of instability, and I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations.

I'm fairly new to using crystals, so I'm not sure where to start. Any suggestions for crystals that can promote a feeling of grounding and stability would be much appreciated. Also, are there any specific ways to use these crystals to get the most benefit? Should I carry them with me, meditate with them, or something else?
